The Grandes Platières Cable car, open 7 days/7 !
Leaving from Flaine, the Grandes Paltières Cable Car will take you from 1600 to 2500 metres in just 12 minutes. An unforgettable surprise awaits you at the summit ; an unrivalled view over the surrounding mountains : the Mont Blanc massif to the south-east and the Aravis massif to the west.
Opening from July 6^th to August 25^th, 2013 - 9am to 12.30am and 2pm to 5pm
If the weather is unfavourable, the ski lift will closed all the day.

Speleology caving
Explore an underground world, supervised by a state qualified guide. Meeting point at Bureau des Guides, in Les Carroz at 15km away from Flaine.

Via Ferrata
"Aerial walking", a new form of assisted climbing : following ropes and various prepared routes, come and experience the dizzy heights of the rock faces. Supervision provided by a state qualified instructor.

The resort of Flaine has a network of 150 km of marbling paths, 15km of which follow GR's.

There is a total of 105km of mountain biking circuits starting from the resort of Flaine.
