Development and future plans
After several years of consideration, Flaine’s global development plan is underway.
It encompasses a huge 4 500-bed project, as well as ambitious public and private amenities programmes (car parks, seasonal accommodation …).
The variety and quality of the projects will satisfy the demands of a modern clientele, whilst strengthening Flaine’s position amongst the large French and International ski resorts.

Flaine Montsoleil, Intrawest’s new Ski Resort in the heart of the French Alps at Flaine
This development, located 1hr from Geneva, offers ski-in, ski-out access to 265km of slopes in the Grand Massif and panoramic views from the 18-hole golf course in Flaine. The first tourist residence of this 4* pedestrian resort, “Les Terrasses d’Eos”, consisting of 161 furnished apartments (1 to 5 bedrooms), is already under construction and will open next July. Starting prices are at € 250,000 with guaranteed minimum rental revenue and up to 4 free weeks occupancy. The architecture is contemporary, using mainly wood and stone. The residence will enjoy an inside jacuzzi, an outside heated pool, a sauna/hammam and a wellness & a fitness centre.
