Set at an altitude of 1900 metres (6,200 ft), close to Geneva and Chamonix Mont Blanc, the Flaine golf course is open to both experienced players and beginners, under the watchful eye of… the marmots. Every tee on this course offers wonderful views of the mountain ranges all around: Mont Blanc, the Jura and the Belledonne range. This is not a particularly long 18-hole course but it is technically demanding, and players are faced with a varied range of challenges and delights. Putting greens, driving ranges, chipping areas and practice bunkers.
Course open to all members of the FFG or holders of a handicap card. There are no handicap requirements.
Beginners' and advanced courses, private lessons and weekend competitions. Club house with food bar and terrace with a panoramic view.
Golf course open from mid June until mid September.

The unavoidable ones :
Hole n°7
Par 4, 270 meters. The tee-off is based on a high overhang above a huge ravine. After the fairway, the green offers a wonderful view of the "vallée de l'Arve", 1200 meters below.
Hole n°16
Par 3, 188 meters. This hole dives down to the green 70 meters below in the hollow of the forest.
In general, the first nine holes are based on a mountain stope leading up to the Arbaron which consequently offers a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, the "Désert de Platé", one of the biggest lapiaz areas in Europe.
