Produced by the CAUE of Haute-Savoie, this exhibition was presented at L’Îlot-S in Annecy in 2023. It presents a dual perspective on the resort of Flaine. On the one hand, Myr Muratet’s contemporary photographs capture the essence and poetic quality of its unique modernist architecture. On the other, a chronological journey traces the history of Flaine from 1954 to the present day. From the earliest sketches to the most recent developments, rare archival documents reveal the key stages in the creation of this exceptional site.
