The morning is dedicated to a cani-hike in Les Carroz or Passy (Plaine Joux). The full activity lasts between 2.5 and 3 hours. It begins with a briefing and equipment fitting, followed by a one-hour hike, with breaks for both participants and dogs along the way. Suitable for all abilities, the activity is led by a qualified musher, who adapts the route to each participant’s fitness level and pace while sharing their passion and knowledge of sled dogs.
In the afternoon, head to Magland to meet the dogs in their home environment. This immersive experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at a musher’s daily life, including caring for and feeding the pack, while enjoying a special opportunity to spend time with the dogs.
You can combine both activities. We recommend bringing a packed lunch.
