During this introductory course, you’ll learn how to use Nordic walking poles correctly to optimise your posture, strengthen your cardio-respiratory system and tone your whole body.

The activity takes the form of a loop, with a planned return to the starting point.

This activity is available by reservation only. You can book online or at the Activities Desk. Reservations open 48 hours before the start of the activity and remain available until it begins, subject to availability.
