You’ll receive a warm welcome at our offices, at the General Store in Le Hameau and at the Galerie Marchande in Flaine Forum, to help you with your booking and during your stay.

The reception desk is not wheelchair accessible, as the width of the door is too narrow. In addition, there is no flat adapted for people with motor disabilities.

How to find us

The agency is located on the first level of the Flaine Forum shopping centre, below the Tourist Office, on the left at the top of the stairs or on the same level from the top of the shopping centre.

Are you coming by car? To collect your keys, you can drive straight to Flaine Forum. You'll have 1? hours free parking. The nearest car park is at P2.

There is also a reception desk in the Général Sport le hameau shop where you can collect your keys. It is a 6-minute drive from Flaine Forum.
