– A flat close to the slopes, in the heart of the resort.
– An individual chalet in the Hameau de Flaine for more space and comfort.
– Ski passes, which you will collect with your keys, ski/snowboard equipment and discounted ski lessons.

You’ll receive a warm welcome at our offices, at the General Store in Le Hameau and at the Galerie Marchande in Flaine Forum, to help you with your booking and during your stay.

Opening

From 01/09 to 04/12/2026 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 9.15 am and 11.45 am and between 2 pm and 5 pm. Closed on Wednesday, Friday and weekends.
From 05/12/2026 to 17/04/2027 on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday between 9.15 am and 11.45 am and between 4 pm and 6.45 pm. On Thursday between 4 pm and 6.45 pm. On Saturday between 9.15 am and 11.45 am and between 2 pm and 7 pm. Closed on Wednesday.

Welcoming people with disabilities

Not accessible in a wheelchair

The reception desk is not wheelchair accessible, as the width of the door is too narrow. In addition, there is no flat adapted for people with motor disabilities.

One price: from 31 € (Rates per person, per night in a studio for 2 people.).
Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost, and end-of-stay cleaning is not included.
- Flaine Summer Pass included for all stays of 7 consecutive nights or more, per full week
- 10% early booking discount (EB) on selected properties
- 10% last-minute discount (LM) on selected properties
- 5% discount with code FLAINEVS5 for all bookings on the website, combinable with EB and LM.

How to find us

The agency is located on the first level of the Flaine Forum shopping centre, above the Tourist Office, on the left at the top of the stairs or on the same level from the top of the shopping centre.

Are you coming by car? To collect your keys, you can drive straight to Flaine Forum. You'll have 1? hours free parking. The nearest car park is at P2.

There is also a reception desk in the Général Sport Le Hameau shop where you can collect your keys. It is a 6-minute drive from Flaine Forum.
