Enjoy this hike, with an elevation gain of 586 m, to immerse yourself in the wild beauty of the Flaine mountains, amid breathtaking landscapes and encounters with local wildlife and plant life.

The route is marked, and track maintenance is carried out by users. You will use sections of open ski runs—keep to the side and stay in single file. The descent is only permitted on open runs. The piste management reserves the right to partially or fully close the route for safety reasons.

How to find us

The route starts at the Aup de Véran gondola station in Flaine Front de Neige. It ends at the top of the Lapiaz slope, at an altitude of 2,196 m.

To get there on foot from Flaine Forum, take the small path near the Ecumenical Chapel leading down to Flaine Front de Neige or via the ski slopes, to the right of the Grandes Platières cable car.

Coming by car? The nearest car parks are P5, P1 and P0, located just before the entrance to Flaine Front de Neige and downhill towards the ice driving circuit.
