Discover a comprehensive, dynamic group self-defence class that’s open to everyone, from beginners to those with some experience. Led by a professional instructor, this workshop will teach you practical, simple and effective techniques to help you handle everyday situations with confidence. You’ll work on developing the right reflexes, managing stress, observing your surroundings, movement, evasion, and the essential moves to free yourself and protect yourself.
Through progressive exercises, realistic scenarios and tailored advice, you’ll build your self-confidence, reaction times and self-control. All in a friendly, supportive and motivating atmosphere, where everyone progresses at their own pace.
