The 6th stage of the 2026 Tour de l’Avenir will take place between Les Carroz and Flaine, passing through the Col de Pierre Carrée.

An important and decisive stage, as it will be the individual time trial. With a gravel-style finish in front of the Grandes Platières cable car, all the ingredients are in place to deliver a spectacular race.

Created and supported by the Tour de France, the Tour de l’Avenir is the world’s leading event for revealing the future stars of cycling. A true stepping stone to the highest level, it has seen many of today’s greatest champions emerge, having made their mark on its roads before shining at the top of international cycling.

The only road providing access to Flaine will be closed in the afternoon. If you wish to travel to the resort, we therefore recommend arriving in the morning.

How to find us

The event takes place at Flaine Forum, outdoors, opposite the Tourist Office.

To get there on foot from Flaine Forêt, take the orange inclined lifts.

Coming by car? The nearest car park is P2, located just before the entrance to Flaine Forum.
