Perched at an altitude of 1700 m in the resort of Flaine, the Les Terrasses d’Hélios premium residence offers panoramic views of the Grand Massif. Set right at the foot of the slopes, it offers a ski-in/ski-out departure point so you can hit the slopes without missing a beat.

After a day on the slopes, a magnificent Deep Nature® spa offers exceptional treatments. With your mind free and your body relaxed, you can also take a dip in the heated indoor pool or relax in the outdoor whirlpool, which is open to all.

The spacious, bright, wood-panelled flats are real cocoons of well-being, combining authentic style with technological equipment. They all have a balcony or terrace so you can enjoy the splendid panoramic views. Some have a fireplace. How to find us

The residence, located on the heights of Flaine, is served by free shuttle buses linking it to the other levels of the resort.

There is an underground pay car park, but you can also park in the uncovered P3 public car park a little further away. The latter can be reached by a free shuttle bus, or by a 20 minutes walk.

Similarly, you'll be around 20 minutes' walk from Flaine Forêt and its shops. You can choose to take the footpath between Terrasses d'Hélios and Terrasses d'Eos and then walk along the road or take the free shuttle bus.
